Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased in our webshop when you shop with us as a consumer.

The period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You get the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several stages.
- You get the last batch, or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
You must pay the return costs yourself.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent by email to —————. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving clear notification of this.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. In this case, the buyer pays for shipping costs.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, please always send the item back in its original packaging, avoid sticking or damaging the original item/packaging. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery and do not pick up returned goods sent to parcel shops or similar.

Return shipping can be purchased on our webshop and costs DKK 50.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try on the item as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually taking it into use. In some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid for the item back from us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

We will refund all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs) no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

Please note that you will bear the direct costs associated with returning the item to us.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Personal Data Policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

Information about what you have purchased

We register, process, and disclose your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and processing inquiries regarding your purchase.

Personal data is registered with LFdeluxe and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact ——————If we fail to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and footwear, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
